To create an api68 Account, you must complete our registration form with accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, residential address, and preferred currency (IDR). You agree to promptly update your Account information if any changes occur. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of any funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, including family members, friends, or associates. api68 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, phone, or any other communication method. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify our customer support team immediately at [email protected].
Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be liable for all transactions, bets, and actions taken. api68 is not responsible for any losses incurred due to unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to maintain password security.
api68 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our regulatory obligations and internal security policies, we require all Users to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You may be asked to submit government-issued identification (KTP, passport), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within the last 3 months), and proof of payment method (bank statement showing account holder name).
Verification is typically required before your first withdrawal, but may be requested at any time at api68's discretion. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed. We aim to review and approve verification documents within 24-48 hours of submission.

Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 2-5 minutes during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00 WIB). Deposits made outside banking hours or on weekends/holidays may take up to 24 hours to process.
api68 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may impose transaction fees or currency conversion charges. You are responsible for any such fees charged by third parties.
You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, provided your Account is in good standing, you have completed KYC verification, and you have met all applicable wagering requirements for any active bonuses. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit per transaction, but we reserve the right to split large withdrawals into multiple installments for security and fraud prevention purposes.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. All withdrawal requests are reviewed manually for security purposes, and processing times are typically 2-6 hours during business hours (Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00 WIB) and 12-24 hours for requests submitted on weekends or holidays. api68 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard transactions.
If we suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any violation of these Terms, we reserve the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal request and conduct a thorough investigation. Funds derived from illegal activity or obtained through fraudulent means will be forfeited, and your Account will be permanently closed.
api68 is committed to combating money laundering and terrorist financing. We require that all deposits be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal to comply with AML regulations. If you deposit funds and attempt to withdraw without placing any bets, your withdrawal may be declined or subject to additional verification procedures. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
api68 offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements (rollover), time limits, eligible games, and maximum bet limits. These terms are clearly stated in the promotion description and must be reviewed before claiming any bonus.
Unless otherwise specified, bonuses have a wagering requirement ranging from 3x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type. For example, a Rp 1,000,000 bonus with 5x wagering requires you to place Rp 5,000,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus amount and any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn.
Bonuses are intended for recreational players and are limited to one per person, household, IP address, and payment method. Attempting to abuse bonuses through multiple Accounts, coordinated betting, or any fraudulent means will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus, cancellation of associated winnings, and permanent Account closure. api68 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
All bets placed on api68 are final and cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet selection, stake amount, and odds before confirming. api68 is not liable for user errors in bet placement.
We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion, particularly if we suspect fraudulent activity, match-fixing, insider information, or violation of our betting limits. Bets placed on events that have already started may be voided at our discretion.
In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or obvious pricing error (e.g., odds displayed incorrectly), api68 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. This includes but is not limited to: incorrect odds caused by human error, feed errors from third-party data providers, or system glitches resulting in unauthorized bets.
Sports bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, UEFA, AFC, BRI Liga 1 official results). If a match is postponed or abandoned, bets will be voided and stakes refunded unless the match is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original start time. For live (in-play) betting, we reserve the right to suspend markets at any time and void bets placed during suspension periods.
Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win. If any selection is voided, the parlay will be recalculated with the remaining valid selections. Dead heat rules apply where multiple participants tie for a position.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on api68 and constitute grounds for immediate Account termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:
api68 Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, api68 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses. This limitation applies whether such damages arise from contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.
api68 is not responsible for losses caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: internet service provider failures, power outages, server malfunctions, third-party payment processor errors, government actions, natural disasters, or acts of God. You acknowledge that online gambling carries inherent risks, and you participate at your own risk.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of api68 Services shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your Account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.
api68 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required by law or regulatory authorities. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
